Project 3 Brainstorm
I want to play with the idea of repetition and create a sort of machinery-feel, but with organic sounds. I want to make a sort of playful Willy Wonka-sounding machine. I feel that this contrast between the organic and the mechanical will create an interesting audible environment.
My second idea is to create a commonplace environment, but editing the sounds of unrelated objects to sound like them. For example, when I was playing with audacity earlier today, I found that tearing paper sounds like an a skater sliding on ice.
