staring exercise
It was a test of concentration! We kept breaking and laughing, it was great!!! Some interesting things I noticed were that we broke the eye connection I think at the same time and our breathing synced up a bit. There was a definite connection made but again the most important part of the exercise was the intention and context. Staring at your classmate for 5 minutes is I'm sure much different than staring at Marina Abromovic and having hundreds of people watch you stare at her. Overall a fun experiment. Perhaps a good ice breaker at the beginning of the class.
